The red wines destined for bottles come from grapes that are picked at full maturity and then given long vinification in vats that provide good concentraton of flavour and smooth tanins.

Keeping the wines exclusively in the vats allows them to retain their natural elegance and fully express their bouquet of berry fruits and confit acquired through their long maturation.
